Professional Staff--Dr. Ralph Thompson
Rev. Dr. Ralph Thompson is the Executive Director of Pathways and one of its seasoned counselors. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 30 years of counseling experience. He works with adults and families and specializes in marriage or relationship counseling. Dr. Thompson is also an ordained minister. He uses this background in working with those clients who would like their spiritual values included in their counseling. Dr. Thompson's personal warmth and accepting personality helps his clients feel at home in counseling. Dr. Thompson believes in using each individual's strengths to help that person heal and grow.
