Pathways accepts most private insurance plans. People with Medicaid, Care Source or other State sponsored insurance plans can also to use your insurance at Pathways. If you do not have insurance, you can apply to have part or all of your fees paid through a sliding fee scale program. The fee a person pays through this program depends on your income level. The office can help you discover the best way to pay for our services.

Payment of deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance is expected at the time of your appointment unless you have made prior arrangements with the business office. Clients are responsible for informing the business office whenever you have a change in your insurance or in your ability to pay your fee. Failure to inform us of changes may mean there is a balance that you will owe out-of-pocket.
