Making a Difference in People's Lives

Pathways is a certified mental health agency with the Ohio Department of Mental Health. Pathways is also an accredited treatment center endorsed by CARF (the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities).  By its membership in these organizations Pathways is showing to the public that it is an agency that provides services at very high standards and is also accountable to local, state and national organizations for its business and clinical practices.

Counseling is a private and a confidential process. Your counselor will not contact anyone about your clinical discussions without first getting your written permission.

Pathways posts a statement of “Client Rights” which details your rights as a client. The agency also has a Client Rights Office that you can ask to speak with if you think that any of your rights have been violated.
